Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Operator to manufacture precision aerospace components in a stable, high-quality manufacturing environment.

The role requires operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills, performing in-process inspections, and reading blueprints and work instructions to ensure parts meet exacting aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC milling operator experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Experience operating vertical CNC mills.
• Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, swing gauges, calipers, and other inspection equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
