Job summary

Htprof is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Connecticut. The role focuses on operating CNC milling machines to produce precision aerospace components, reading blueprints, and ensuring parts meet stringent specifications.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of CNC milling experience, knowledge of 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines, and strong measurement skills with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC milling operator experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Experience operating vertical CNC mills and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, swing gauges, calipers, other inspection equipment).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.
• Operate vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers.
• Run 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.

Operate vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers.

Run 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.

Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.

Qualifications
