Jobot is seeking CNC Machinists for multiple openings on all shifts in Agawam, MA. Earn $24-$45 per hour on-site, with opportunities to work across First and Second shifts, and a 20% shift premium for second shift.

You will operate precision milling equipment, set up tooling, inspect parts, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams. Join a growing precision manufacturer serving medical, aerospace, robotics, and semiconductor industries.

Qualifikationen

• Foundational CNC machining experience or relevant technical training.
• Level II requires experience setting up and operating CNC milling equipment.
• Level III requires advanced CNC milling setup and troubleshooting experience.

Aufgaben

• Operate CNC milling equipment to produce parts per drawings and work instructions.
• Set up machines, install tooling and fixtures, and establish work and tool offsets.
• Monitor production and adjust offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Identify and troubleshoot tool wear, dimensional variation, and machining issues.
• Make CNC program edits appropriate to your skill level.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to resolve issues and improve processes.
