Description

Are you in manufacturing and take pride in your work? Come work at Instrument Development Company in Mukwonago! Enjoy working 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday with a pay differential of $2.00.

We moved into our brand new facility with state of the art equipment in January of 2023. We offer a temperature-controlled facility, onsite wellness coach and chiropractor, 401K match, leadership training and development, and room for growth.

Pay is based on experience!

Responsibilities

• Performing various operations of CNC Milling machines
• Learning proper care and use of different machines, materials, and equipment
• Utilizing precision measuring devices to verify conformance to specifications and tolerances
• Learning G&M codes
• Examining parts for surface defects
• Maintaining accuracy in production
• Completing all paperwork as required

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Attention to detail

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds intermittently
• Ability to stand for the entire workday; occasionally reaching, bending, and twisting

Additional Requirements

• Preferred: Experience with CNC machinery and G&M coding
