Job summary

Allied Reliability is seeking an entry-level Tooling Machinist to work with seasoned machinists and toolmakers. You’ll gain hands-on experience in precision machining, mold building, and CNC equipment while developing practical skills.

You’ll learn tooling sharpening, CNC setup, basic programming tweaks, and how to read prints and specifications. A supportive team environment and opportunities for advancement await.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain tools and work areas, follow safety practices, and support continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Tooling Machinist, you'll work alongside experienced machinists and toolmakers while developing valuable technical skills.

You'll Have The Opportunity To
  • Learn how to sharpen and maintain tooling components using precision grinding equipment
  • Assist with machining operations including drilling, milling, turning, and CNC machining
  • Help build, repair, and maintain molds and tooling used in manufacturing
  • Learn CNC machine setup and make basic program adjustments
  • Read and interpret prints, measurements, and specifications
  • Maintain quality standards and follow safe work practices
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and ready for use
