Qualifications

• 2+ years operating CNC machinery with hands-on mill-turn experience preferred.
• Advanced print interpretation skills and strong command of GD&T.
• Proven ability to complete CNC setups from start to first‑piece approval.

Responsibilities

• Read traveler and IP sheets to confirm material, program, and inspection checkpoints.
• Set up CNC mill-turn, load tools, touch off, verify offsets, and prep for first article.
• Run initial piece and record results in the First Piece Log, adjusting as needed.
• Operate the mill-turn independently to produce precision parts.
• Deburr components and perform in-process checks with precision tools.
• Handle change-overs and tooling across machines in the zone.
• Maintain machine health with daily preventive maintenance.
• Complete required documentation for each job.
