Job summary

Avalign Technologies in Akron, OH is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist for a 3rd shift schedule to join our rapidly growing team. You will perform set-up and operation of CNC mill turn machines, fabricate medical instruments and implants, deburr parts, and inspect using various tools and equipment.

The role requires 2+ years of CNC experience, strong print reading and GD&T skills, and the ability to perform CNC setups while collaborating with teammates to meet quality standards.

• Conduct tool changes.
• Conduct change-overs and tool size changes.
• Set tooling on all machine types within assigned zone.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all set-up and operational functions of CNC mill turn machines, fabrication of medical instruments and implants, deburring of parts, and inspection of parts using various tools and equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate various CNC mill turn machines independently
• Perform machine setup activities
