Responsibilities

• Set up jobs: build tools, fixturing, prep materials, and load work/tool offsets.
• Work with programmers to monitor job progress and suggest improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Load and unload equipment and materials safely.
• Offer ideas to improve shop efficiency and workflow.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Record readings and log data for machined parts.
• Support daily operations while ensuring quality standards are met.
