Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a CNC Operator III to perform routine maintenance, set up equipment, and conduct quality checks while adhering to safety rules. This role supports production on a 36-hour weekend shift (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and requires documenting production activities and inspections to ensure traceability and compliance.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of three years in the area, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and documentation, and are capable of maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the related area.
• Ability to set up and run the first part after machine setup.
• Experience with maintaining production and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Perform quality work checks to ensure machine outputs meet standards.
• Maintain required production and quality documentation.
• Adhere to all safety rules and use protective equipment.
• Assist in inspection of finished machine parts.
• Verify dimensions of machine parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Set up and run the first part after completion of machine set up.
• Select tools and fixtures to support CNC program creation and modification.
