Job summary

Diamondback-CN is seeking a skilled CNC Mill-Turn Set Up Operator for a weekend shift to set up and run machines, verify dimensions, and document processes.

This role supports new product launches and continuous improvement, requiring proficiency with Fanuc controls, 3–5 axis milling, and proper safety and quality logging.

You will collaborate with production leadership, prioritize work from schedules, and maintain logs for audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with blueprints, GD&T and technical documents.
• 5+ years of CNC Mill-Turn setup to finish.
• 5+ years of experience with Fanuc or other CNC controls.
• 5+ years of 3,4,5 axis CNC Mill-Turn machining.
• 3+ years of CNC Mill-Turn programs formatting/editing.
• 3+ years of machining stainless steel alloys, copper, aluminum, or titanium.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all set-up and quality operations for machining.
• Prioritize work with production leadership.
• Set up and operate machines per process sheets and drawings.
• Prove out new products and fixtures; train operators.
• Set up and manage CNC Mill-Turn machines for drilling, milling, turning.
• Adjust offsets on in-process machines to improve results.
• Problem-solve for new and existing parts.
• Advise Production Manager of issues; communicate needs.
• Plan machining from work orders, blueprints, and specs.
• Maintain safe operations and document logs.
