Integral Components, Inc. in Westminster, MD is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Setup/Operator Machinist and Multi-Machine Specialist. The role focuses on setting up CNC mills, selecting tooling, and running production jobs in a temperature-controlled shop.

You will also operate lasers and injection mold machines, perform in-process inspections, deburring, and secondary operations while maintaining safety and quality to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints and perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
• 5 years of experience setting up CNC mills.
• Able to select tooling and fixturing from setup cards.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use setup cards to select tooling and fixturing, set up CNC mills, and run production jobs.
• Safely operate lasers and injection mold machines alongside CNC equipment.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and visual quality inspections using blueprints and measurement tools.
• Perform deburring, rework, and secondary operations as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report and contain non-conforming products to prevent contamination or defects.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to report equipment issues and support continuous improvement.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
