Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating large CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret complex machining and mechanical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate large CNC milling machines according to engineering prints.
• Edit and maintain CNC programs to meet print and quality requirements.
• Machine precision-finished parts and pre-machined components.
• Load and unload parts using overhead cranes and manual methods.
• Collaborate with programming to improve machining processes.
• Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
