Aerotek is seeking a CNC Mill Operator in Little Canada, MN, to operate Haas and Fedal CNC mills with Fanuc controls. You will read blueprints, perform tool changes, and ensure quality parts for data center and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of CNC machining or CNC operating experience OR completion of a machining/trade school program.
• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and setup documentation.
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls, Haas machines, or similar CNC equipment.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Understanding of shop math and GD&T.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate Haas and Fedal CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls.
• Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and basic G & M code edits.
• Read blueprints, setup sheets, and production specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment.
• Monitor production runs to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot tooling, machining, and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using shop math and GD&T principles.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
• Support production of precision components for growing industrial markets.
