Qualifications

• 1+ years machining experience, preferably on CNC mills or CNC lathes.
• Related education considered, but hands-on experience is key.
• willingness to operate and set up machines across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to machine customer parts.
• Perform tool changes and adjust feeds and speeds.
• Conduct basic quality checks on produced parts.
• Assist setup and machine changes as needed.
