Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with competitive pay and the opportunity to grow within a proudly employee-owned company.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and inspect parts to meet ISO 9001 standards, while maintaining equipment. Our benefits include ESOP, a comprehensive benefits package, quarterly bonuses, and OT opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related CNC/machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Ability to perform basic math and read blueprints.
• Ability to interpret Geometric Tolerance (GD&T) drawings.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
