You will train on all current parts within the first 90 days and verify work with calipers, micrometers, and gauges while monitoring for tool wear and machine issues.

The role emphasizes precision, adherence to work instructions, and a safety-first approach in a high-tolerance aerospace/defense environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; basic exposure to CNC equipment.
• Ability to follow written work instructions precisely.
• Comfort using calipers, micrometers, and gauges for measurement.
• Willingness to train and become fully operational within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Run Haas CNC mills and lathes per established work instructions.
• Within 90 days, become trained and fully operational on all current production parts.
• Measure and verify parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges at each stage.
• Monitor machines for irregularities, tool wear, or abnormal behavior and flag issues to supervision.
• Deburr, clean, and prep finished parts for inspection or next operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with shop policies.
