Delva Tool & Machine in New Jersey is seeking production operators to run Haas CNC mills and lathes, ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and flow through the shop smoothly. You will train on all current parts within the first 90 days and verify work with calipers, micrometers, and gauges while monitoring for tool wear and machine issues.
The role emphasizes precision, adherence to work instructions, and a safety-first approach in a high-tolerance aerospace/defense environment.
Delva Tool & Machine builds precision aerospace and defense components where a half-thousandth of an inch is the difference between a part that ships and a part that doesn't. We need production operators who can run Haas CNC equipment consistently, keep parts moving, and take pride in hitting tolerance every cycle.

We hold tolerances to +/-0.0002" on aerospace and defense components, which means the work you do here actually matters. Our facility is AS9100 Rev D certified and runs two full shifts across Vertical Mills, Lathes, Swiss Lathes, and Mazak 5-axis horizontals with robotic loaders and automated pallet systems. This is not a job shop turning out one-offs; it's a disciplined production environment where precision is the baseline, not the goal.
