Job summary

Industrious Group Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC lathes or mills, producing precision parts per drawings and specifications.

The role requires five years of CNC turning/milling experience, blueprint reading, and the ability to program and verify machine instructions. Safety and teamwork are essential in a shop environment with evening shift hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years’ experience in operating CNC lathes and/or mills.
• Blueprint reading a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills.
• Machine parts to prints per specified tolerances.
• Writes program of machine instructions to regulate movement of machine along cutting path.
• Perform quality work checks using in-process inspection tools and devices.
