United Rotorcraft in Englewood, CO is seeking a hands-on CNC Operator to set up and run 3‑axis and horizontal CNC mills, read prints, edit G-Code, and perform in-process inspections to support aircraft production. You will train entry level machinists, maintain tool offsets, replace cutting tools as needed, perform daily maintenance checks, and ensure product conformity while following safety rules and maintaining a clean workspace.

Night shift includes a $2.75/hour differential.

Formación

• Minimum three years of machine tool setup and operation experience in ISO/AS/MIL STD prototype/job shop environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations.
• Regular scheduled attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate 3 axis and Horizontal CNC Mills using provided setup sheets.
• Carry out production, inspection, and machine operation duties.
• Read and interpret prints, sketches, work orders, and follow verbal instructions.
• Use measuring tools for first article and in-process inspections.
• Modify G-Code programs and adjust offsets to meet product conformity.
• Train entry level CNC machinists.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on machines.
• Other duties as assigned.
