Job summary

Impact Fab in Holland, Michigan, is seeking a 1st Shift CNC Operator. You will set up and operate a CNC mill, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications in a small, team-focused shop.

The role offers steady hours and opportunities to grow your skills in a custom fabrication environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years CNC experience, and a willingness to learn.

We are seeking a 1st Shift CNC Operator to join our team.

Work Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and operation of CNC Mill
• Build parts from raw material to finished part including programming, fixturing and QC
• Run secondary equipment as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tools
• Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to correct any deviations from specifications

We are looking for someone with:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years minimum CNC experience
• Knowledge of machining equipment & materials
• Strong attention to detail & dependability a must
• Must be willing to be part of a team and have fun at work
• Willingness to learn because we are willing to train
