Job summary

Multi-Wing America in Middlefield, Ohio is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to set up and run Haas-controlled machines to manufacture precision hubs for industrial fan assemblies.

This is a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time daytime hours. Excellent benefits are available upon permanent hire for successful candidates with Haas experience and good measurement skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in CNC machining.
• Experience with Haas controls strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and reliability.
• Dependable transportation for early shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines with Haas controls
• Machine hubs and components used in industrial fans
• Load raw materials and remove completed parts
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
• Inspect finished parts for proper dimensions and tolerances
• Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
• Monitor machines and maintain production quality
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow safety and quality procedures
