Job summary

Meador Manufacturing, a family-owned CNC shop in Walton Hills, Ohio, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and run Haas lathes, Haas mills, and Citizen lathes. You will read blueprints, install tooling, and verify first-piece and in-process quality.

You’ll switch between turning and milling as production requires, collaborate with programmers and quality staff, and maintain a clean, safe work area. The position offers a $25–$30 per hour pay range, weekday hours, 100% employer-paid health

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haas CNC lathes, Haas CNC mills, and Citizen CNC lathes

• Perform basic troubleshooting and keep machines running efficiently
• Move between lathe and mill work as production needs change
• Work with programmers, quality, and other operators to hit quality and delivery goals
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and accurate production documentation

Meador Manufacturing is a family-owned precision CNC machine shop in Walton Hills, Ohio. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating milling machines and CNC Lathes and a strong understanding of machining processes. This role is critical to ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet our stringent quality standards. The CNC Machinist will work in a fast-paced factory environment and will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines and Lathes. We produce high-quality machined parts in a shop that pairs modern equipment with a real family feel.

We’re hiring a CNC Machinist to set up and run Haas lathes, Haas mills, and Citizen lathes and help produce precision parts to print.

Shift (floating schedule)

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM – Noon (optional overtime)
• NO WEEKENDS

What you’ll do
