Job summary

Multi-Wing America in Middlefield, OH is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to manufacture precision hubs for industrial fans. This is a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits upon permanent hire.

The role requires setting up and operating Haas-controlled CNC machines, reading blueprints, and inspecting parts with precision tools. A strong mechanical aptitude and reliability are essential for daytime shifts, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience required.
• Experience with Haas controls strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; dependable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines with Haas controls.
• Machine hubs and components used in industrial fans.
• Load raw materials and remove completed parts.
• Read and understand blueprints, drawings and work instructions.
• Use calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment.
• Inspect finished parts for proper dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments.
• Monitor machines and maintain production quality.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
