Qualifications

• Prior background in CNC machining is necessary.
• Haas control expertise is preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and understanding tolerance requirements.
• Experience operating precision measurement instruments like micrometers and calipers.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run CNC equipment utilizing Haas control systems.
• Produce hubs and various parts for industrial fan assemblies.
• Load raw materials and unload finished components.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documentation.
• Use micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy.
• Verify finished items meet dimensions and tolerances.
• Execute tool swaps and routine equipment modifications.
• Monitor machine performance for consistent quality.
• Maintain a tidy, safe workspace for the team.
• Adhere to quality standards and safety protocols.
