Our environment is based on respect and having a good day at work, so you can expect to join a knowledgeable, global team who help each other to succeed.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform work in compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality expectations while supporting a production schedule.Execute daily priorities and duties as defined by the supervisor or area lead.Set up, operate, and edit if needed to produce products that meet required specifications.Complete required documentation with accurate information.Inspect and ensure all dimensions are within print specifications and report any non-conformities.The employee must regularly lift, push, pull and/or move up to 30 lbs.Ability to apply basic written and verbal communication skills.Ability to apply concepts of basic math and basic PC skills.Ability to read and comprehend instructions, work orders and drawings.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to meet consistent attendance.The employee must be able to safely operate the use of an overhead crane.Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment.Demonstrate unwavering commitment to HMH Values, Compliance, Integrity and HSSE.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED. 5+ years as a CNC mill machinist.Minimum 5 years of relevant experienceDesired Characteristics5+ years as a CNC Deckel Maho 5-axis mill machinist.Advanced knowledge of cutting tools, processes, hand tools and measuring equipmentWorking knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)Ability to setup and run with little to no supervision.Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong work ethic and adherence to processes and policies.Experience with BOP products.Additional InformationMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.No relocation assistance3:00PM – 11:30PM Monday through Friday (with overtime as required), some weekends and holidays from 1:00PM – 9:30 PM.Climate controlled machine shop.
