Gexpro Services, with Frontier Technologies heritage, seeks a CNC Machinist II to independently set up and operate CNC milling machines, producing precision metal components from diverse materials. You will interpret complex drawings, select tooling, establish offsets, and optimize speeds and feeds to meet tolerances and finishes.

The role requires hands-on experience with CNC mills, precision measuring tools, and safe, productive operation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CNC machinist experience in industrial settings.
• Experience with lathes, mills, plasma machines, and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• High school diploma or equivalent; background check and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Read blueprints and work orders; select tooling and fixtures.
• Inspect parts and perform first-piece and in-process checks.
• Monitor operations, adjust speeds/feeds, and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; collaborate with engineers and QA.
