Job summary

P&F Machining, Inc. in Otsego, Minnesota is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist I for our second shift. The role involves producing parts to P&F standards, following customer specifications, and contributing to a culture that values customers and employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient with ERP software and MS Office applications.
• Experience operating inspection equipment such as CMM and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and machinery with supervision.
• Adhere to safety rules and quality standards.
• Read travelers and manufacturing documentation accurately.
• Edit programs with Level III or higher for accuracy.
• Perform mechanical and visual inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Meet productivity expectations while delivering quality parts.
• Support supervisor with additional tasks as needed.
