P&F Machining, Inc. in Otsego, Minnesota is seeking CNC Lathe Machinist I, for our second shift, that will produce product using CNC Mazak lathes to P&F standards and customer specifications. We are an employer that is known for the care we take with customers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of manufacturing machining experience.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of GD&T.
• Able to read and follow job travelers and blueprints.
• Effective use of ERP system and MS Office.
• Operate CMM and other inspection equipment with direction.
• Maintain accurate records and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mazak lathes to customer specifications.
• Read job travelers and manufacturing documentation.
• Perform basic maintenance and ensure clean, organized work area.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Follow safety rules and quality policies.
