Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in Osawatomie, KS. The chosen candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts, reading blueprints and performing inspections to meet ISO 9001 standards.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), a competitive hourly wage, and opportunities for overtime and bonus potential through our employee-owned ESOP. Join a company committed to quality and growth.

Qualifications

2 years of related CNC machining experience.
Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Ability to perform basic math and read instructions.
Ability to interpret Geometric Tolerance (GD&T).
Strong analytical skills with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
