Job description

We are seeking a full-time CNC Mill Machinist to join our growing team. If you have 2+ years of hands-on experience or are a recent graduate from a technical school, this is a great opportunity to work with Hurco & Haas mills in a custom job shop environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Reading and interpreting blueprints to set up machines with the right tooling.
2. Programming using basic G-Code & M-Code when necessary.
3. Running jobs with precision, speed, and attention to detail.
4. Using your problem-solving skills to think outside the box and improve processes.
5. Working independently while contributing to a collaborative and innovative team.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in machining or technical school training.
2. Ability to follow instructions and execute high-quality work.
3. Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Must have own measuring tools.
4. A mechanically inclined mindset with a customer-focused approach.
5. A dependable team player with reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day Shift
