WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Wellsville, KS. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage with potential quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure high-quality results in a home-grown, employee-owned environment. We value efficiency and precision, ISO 9001 compliance, and the ability to work a 7am-3:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections ensuring quality.
• Use precision tools like drill presses and lathes.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance understanding.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
