Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in a 7am–3:30pm shift. The candidate should be proficient in operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and maintaining tight tolerances on machined parts in a quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F
• Must perform basic math and follow instructions
• Ability to read blueprints and gauging procedures
• Interpret Geometric Tolerance accurately
• Demonstrate strong precision and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment (drill press, lathes) to machine parts
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and related machinery
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections
• Ensure work meets ISO 9001 quality standards
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
