WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our on-site machining team. You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet customer specifications with high precision.

This role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime and a strong benefits package. Our ESOP culture supports ownership and collaboration in a growing local manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Read and interpret Geometric Tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.

Responsabilités

• Use precision tools and equipment such as drill presses and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills and CNC lathes to produce required parts.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections, ensure quality.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 regulations.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.

Skills/Requirements

• 2 years of related experience


• Ability to work 7am-330pm, M-F


• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions


• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance


• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
