Aerotek is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist in Lakeville, MN. The role involves daily setups and operation of CNC milling and CNC lathe machines in a dynamic job shop environment, handling short-run and custom parts from mild and stainless steel.

Responsibilities include interpreting prints, performing setups, loading and proving out programs, tooling and offsets, and ensuring quality through inspections and adjustments. Onsite, with potential overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC milling and lathe operations.
• Ability to read prints and travelers.
• Full machine setups for CNC milling and lathe.
• Load and prove out programs.
• Set tooling and offsets.
• Make in-process adjustments for precision.
• Inspect parts for quality.
• Job shop experience preferred.
