Your day, built in thousandthsYou’ll arrive to a clean, well-organized cell and bring complex parts to life on CNC milling and turning centers. From setup to final inspection, you’ll own the process—solving problems, protecting safety, and delivering precise results.What you'll doSet up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC Milling and Turning Machines, moving confidently between mills and lathes to keep production flowing.Verify part quality and dimensional accuracy using bench gauging and other inspection tools to ensure conformance to specifications.Rigorously adhere to Standard Work for setup/operation, process verification, product inspection, documentation, and material handling.Perform light preventative maintenance on CNC equipment to maintain performance and prevent downtime.Report any safety violations, equipment misuse, or improperly performed work to your supervisor; provide input that may inform corrective actions, including discipline.Collaborate as a reliable team player and maintain positive working relationships across the floor.Participate fully in safety programs, including hazardous material handling and disposal, in line with regulations and company procedures.Keep the work area clean and compliant with all internal standards.Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)—such as protective footwear, eyewear, gloves, masks, shields, and coats—if needed.Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations at all times.Complete testing and adjustment of parts, as needed, to achieve print requirements.Identify and replace parts or components as necessary to maintain process capability.Support additional tasks as required to meet schedule and quality goals.Tools & technologiesCNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) (Haas, Okuma)CAM SoftwareCNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
