Qualifications

• 1+ years CNC experience preferred or equivalent training.
• Ability to pass skills assessment in Mathematics, Metrology, Blueprint Reading.
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery (mill, lathe, gun drill) under supervision.
• Load/unload raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts using micrometers and gauges per instructions.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document production quantities.
• Participate in safety meetings and exhibit teamwork.
