Keystone Threaded Products, an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer with 100+ years of know‑how, is seeking a CNC Programmer and Precision Machinist on site in Valley View, OH. This role focuses on translating blueprints into precise CNC programs and setups while maintaining top-quality output.

You will load tools, adjust parameters, troubleshoot nonconforming parts, and perform in‑process and final inspections, with training duties for new teammates.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Professional background as a CNC Programmer.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve part nonconformance.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Step into a day on our floorMorning starts on HUB Parkway in Valley View. You open a new print, translate GD&T into a plan, select tooling, and program Fanuc-driven CNC lathes from scratch. A quick first-article inspection on the CMM confirms the cut path. You document offsets, coach an operator on the run, and then pivot to troubleshoot a nonconforming part before lunch.
