The ideal candidate will drive process development, tooling, fixture design, and standard work documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production readiness and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years CNC manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with FANUC, HAAS, MAZAK, OKUMA or similar CNC controls.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize CNC machining processes for new and existing products.
• Improve tooling, fixtures, and equipment to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Support product launches through process development and validation.
• Analyze machining operations to reduce cycle times and scrap.
• Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and PFMEA.
