Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in metal cutting and machining.
• Ability to read customer prints and develop programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support with technicians and supervision
• Edit, maintain, and write G/M code for multi-axis lathes and mills
• Select cutting tools and tool holders for mill/lathe
• Read customer prints, develop programs, model in SolidWorks, and post in Esprit
• Develop functional work holding, tooling, and fixtures
• Recommend equipment changes and coordinate training with OEMs/contractors
• Support APQP activities and cross-functional collaboration
