ARCH Global Precision is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Whitehall, PA to drive operational excellence in CNC manufacturing. You will collaborate across engineering, quality, and production to enhance efficiency and product quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, 3+ years of experience in CNC machining, and proficiency in Lean Manufacturing techniques.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in CNC machining / manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes product specifications to determine the best manufacturing processes.
• Creates and troubleshoots CNC programs for new parts start-ups.
• Estimates production times and staffing requirements.
