CNC Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our CNC machining processes, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency while implementing lean manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve workflow.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software for programming and machining process setup.
• Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot machining issues as they arise.
• Design and improve tool designs and fixtures for CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in CNC programming and machining processes.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is preferred.
• Knowledge of G-Code and experience with precision measurement tools.
• Experience in quality control and process improvement methodologies.
