Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a CNC Manufacturing Engineer for an in-person role in Vermont. You will develop and optimize CNC machining processes to boost production efficiency and quality, collaborating with design and production teams to implement effective workflows.

Responsibilities include root cause analysis for process deviations, leading continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle times and material waste; must be proficient with CAD/CAM software and strong problem-solving and teamwork
