Job summary

GABLETEK is seeking a reliable CNC/Manual Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will cut material to precise specifications in a fast-paced environment, using both CNC and manual saws.

Responsibilities include loading materials by overhead crane or by hand, reading prints and cut sheets, verifying dimensions, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently on a day shift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC and/or manual saws is preferred.
• Able to load materials by crane or by hand.
• Able to read prints and cut sheets accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to lift and maneuver heavy material as needed.
• Reliability and ability to work independently.

CNC/Manual Saw Operator

We're seeking a reliable Saw Operator to join our team, cutting material to precise specifications in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate both CNC and manual saws (vertical & horizontal style)
• Load saw with material using overhead crane or by hand
• Handle various material types including tubing, bar stock, hot rolled and cold drawn material, and round stock
• Cut material to proper length according to prints and cut sheets
• Verify cut accuracy and dimensions against specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate any material or equipment issues to supervision in a timely manner

Requirements

• Prior experience operating CNC and/or manual saws preferred
• Comfortable loading materials by crane and by hand
• Ability to read prints and cut sheets accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy material as needed
• Reliable and able to work independently

Schedule

• Day shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays required
