Job summary

Aagard in Minnesota is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet specifications and timelines.

You will monitor operations, record run times in ERP, adjust processes for quality, and perform preventative maintenance while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of machine operator experience; familiarity with CAD drawings and Aagard software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of machine operator experience.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and use Aagard software.
• Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to meet specifications and delivery timelines.
• Monitor machining operations and adjust to maintain performance and throughput.
• Record part movement, run time, and material usage in the ERP system.
• Inspect finished parts against drawings and specifications.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce cycle times and waste.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with team to address risks and maintain equipment reliability.
