Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational education preferred.
• 2–4 years machining experience producing moderate complexity medical device components.
• Able to read blueprints and set up machines independently.
• English reading/writing proficiency with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual metal fabrication equipment including turning, milling, grinding, drilling, tapping and EDM.
• Manufacture medical device components from raw materials while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Use inspection equipment to verify part quality and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with engineers on fixture design, tooling, process development and part design.
• Train and support less experienced operators; complete required documentation.
