GPP-SMP seeks a CNC Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-precision CNC equipment and related systems. You will work with manufacturing leadership, engineering, and operations to maximize uptime and reliability in support of production goals.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a precision machining environment, with experience on Kitamura, Nakamura, and Fanuc-controlled Robodrill systems.

Qualifications

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machining equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams to guide maintenance.
• Collaborate with Plant Management, Engineering, Programmers, and Operators to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machining equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced CNC equipment.
• Support machine uptime and production efficiency initiatives.
• Read technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
• Collaborate with Plant Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Programmers, and Operators to resolve issues.
• Maintain safe, organized, and professional work environment.
