Fathom in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair of shop floor equipment to maximize machine uptime.

The role requires diagnosing CNC and production equipment, coordinating with outside vendors, and supporting installations of new equipment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints are essential.

Qualificações

• Technical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation, or related course of study.
• 3 years of experience in CNC.
• Expert Mazak & Haas maintenance and equipment repair.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, 24VDC-480VAC.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, professionalism, accountability, communication, and positive attitude.
• The ability to read blueprints and execute shop math.
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair CNC and factory production equipment.
• Basic building maintenance.
• Sustain a preventative maintenance plan.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for machine maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with installations of new equipment.
• Work to reduce unplanned downtime by assessing equipment and establishing countermeasures.
• Maintain spare parts inventory levels to support high machine uptime.
• Communicate equipment status within the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
