The role requires strong troubleshooting skills across PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine controls, with emphasis on safe, quality maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years old and able to pass background and drug screen.
• Experience in industrial maintenance is required.
• Experience in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to CNC machine breakdowns and maintenance requests and determine the cause of the problem.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and machine-control systems.
• Investigate CNC alarms and machine faults to identify root causes.
• Repair and adjust equipment to return it to safe, reliable operation.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines and related systems.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering to improve reliability.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, rebuilds, and process improvements.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
