Job summary

Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc is seeking motivated Production Associates for front-line manufacturing in Prescott, AZ. In this role you may operate CNC turning/milling machines, participate in assembly, and perform varied production tasks.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and ready for overtime as required. Starting wage depends on experience with quarterly profit sharing and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or high volume, medium mix manufacturing environment experience.
• High School Diploma, preferred, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Front line production duties including basic to complex machine operation such as CNC turning and milling, assembly, and other assigned tasks.
• Maintain visual alertness, hand dexterity, and attention to detail; adapt to changes and overtime as needed.
