Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience; approx. three years preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Experience with CNC and manual machines; familiarity with FANUC or Okuma equipment is a plus.
• Experience repairing or rebuilding CNC components (spindles, control panels, conveyors).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Depencable, organized approach and safety/quality focus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and help install CNC and manual machinery.
• Diagnose machine alarms and identify equipment issues or safety concerns.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections.
• Disassemble machinery and repair or replace worn components.
• Work with gearboxes, bearings, pumps, piping, hydraulic systems, and pneumatics.
• Assist with welding, pipefitting, and fabrication as needed.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts as assigned.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to support safe, reliable production and continuous improvement.
